Nordic Whisky Capitals affärsidé är att utveckla och marknadsföra varumärken inom destillerade drycker. Genom det operativa dotterbolaget Agitator Whiskymakare utvecklar bolaget destillerade produkter med fokus på lansering av nya spritkategorier. Bolaget säljer både egna varumärken och kontraktstillverkar åt andra varumärkesägare. En stor del av bolagets försäljning går på export. Tillväxten sker genom lansering av nya spritkategorier, tillväxt på befintliga marknader och lansering på nya marknader. Nya försäljningskanaler är också en viktig tillväxtmotor, både inom egna varumärken och kontraktstillverkning.
