What is the minimum amount I can invest through Accumeo?

Can I invest through companies?

Yes, you can invest in unlisted shares through a company. Accumeo allows both individuals and companies to buy and sell shares in companies.

How do I register on Accumeo?

To register on Accumeo and start investing in unlisted stocks, follow these steps:

Go to the Accumeo website - click on ‘Become a Member’.

Fill in your details - Enter your name, email address, phone number and other personal details.

Verify your identity - You need to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) where we see that you are qualified to invest on the platform.

Do I own shares through an SPV or directly?

It depends on the specific deal. On Accumeo, investments can be made in two ways:

Can I sell my shares?
