About the Role
As a Student workers at Accumeo, you will be tasked to handel wide array of tasks. From answering customer inquiries and providing support regarding our services, to providing deeper analysis. You will have the opportunity to work with exciting financial products and develop your skills in the field.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide information and support about our investment services.
- Assist customers with registration and using our platform.
- Contribute to improving the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Ongoing university studies in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in finance and investments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
